- Full demolition of 27,000sf, 2-story interior of existing national book retailer tenant. Facility was turned back into “white box” for Landlord.
- Demo included removal of flooring, walls, doors, ceiling, lights, HVAC, electric, plumbing, sprinkler, life safety and escalators
- Upon removal of existing escalators the second floor opening was closed with structural steel. Installation of new steel stairs for 2nd floor access.
- Installation of elevator shaft complete with new elevator and six (6) new rooftop HVAC units
