Iris just completed a buildout at this 12,000sf property for a large logistics company. This buildout includes new offices, drivers’ lounge with bathrooms and showers, a new CO2 alarm system, upgraded LED lighting and grind & seal of the warehouse concrete. The front façade received new aluminum ACM panels coupled with a new concrete sidewalk and patio. We are currently working on a new concrete parking lot for this client.
