This newly renovated facility conveniently located by I-90 just got a new layout and updated finishes to help facilitate the amazing not-for-profit organization Family Services Association of Greater Elgin. Iris Construction Services provided Design and Permitting from start to finish. We combined two units, revised the layout to accommodate required office and conference spaces, reconfigured electric and HVAC, reworked life safety and sprinkler for the expanded unit, provided an additional restroom, and fresh flooring and paint with accent walls throughout.
