McHenry, IL Multi-Tenant Office Facility

Completed in Summer 2021 – this new 12,143sf office space is located in a 64,000sf multi-tenant office facility. The project includes a complete reconfiguration of the second floor office area to meet the specific needs of a new long-term tenant. Improvements include a new common area, upgrades to mechanical systems, over a dozen new private offices, conference rooms, a break room, an open cubicle area, and IT room – all meeting landlord and tenant requirements.
