About Iris Construction

In 2001 a private real estate investment group known as Iris Investments, LLC found that their properties were frequently in need of routine repairs, maintenance, retrofit and upgrades. After years of frustration dealing with unreliable contractors, the principals of Iris Investments, LLC formed Iris Construction Services, LLC, primarily as a vehicle to service their own properties.

After several years of performing high quality work for their own properties it became apparent that there was a need in the industry for reliable and quality construction services. Iris Construction Services, LLC began branching out and performing similar work for other property owners, management companies and brokers.

Even though the bulk of our work is now third-party construction, we still treat every client and project as if we were working on our own property. We try to stand in our clients’ shoes and help them find the best possible solution while value-engineering our construction projects in order to maximize efficiency and minimize expense.
